Change in number of shares and votes in Scandic

The number of shares and votes in Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) (“Scandic”) has changed in June 2024 as a result of conversion of 1,825 of convertible bonds issued in 2021 to 4,208,742 of shares in Scandic.

The total number of shares in Scandic has in June 2024 increased by 4,208,742 shares, corresponding to 4,208,742 votes. Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Scandic amounted to 196,262,360.
